Cookie Dough Energy Bites

Makes 18-20 energy bites

What you need:
2 scoops Sunwarrior Classic Vanilla Protein
1 cup almond meal/flour
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

What to do:
-Place protein powder and almond meal in a medium-size bowl and mix to combine.
-Add in nut butter and maple syrup and mix again. At this point the batter should be just like cookie dough.
-Finally, add in chocolate chip and mix one last time.
-Using a tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop out dough into your palms and roll into balls, place onto a cookie sheet and repeat until all dough is used
-Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes to firm up, and enjoy! Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated
