Berry Protmeal

Makes 1 serving

What you need:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sheep yogurt or unsweetened coconut yogurt
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 scoop Vega Sport Performance Protein, Berry Flavour
2 probiotic capsules, opened (I use Genestra HMF Multi Strain)
1/3 - 1/2 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk or water
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tsp cold pressed hemp oil

What to do:
-Add rolled oats, yogurt, hemp hearts, probiotics, vega sport protein and plant milk to a measuring cup
-Whisk well to combine, adding more plant milk or water to thin if needed
-Pour into a pretty breakfast bowl, and allow to firm up for a few minutes
-Top with raspberries, hemp oil and extra rolled oats or hemp, if desired
-Enjoy!

Overnight Oats Version:
Prepare at night by putting all ingredients in a mason jar, screw on the lid and shake well to combine, store in fridge and take to go.
