Cacao Matcha Crunch

Makes 14 squares

What you need:
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
1/4 cup raw cacao powder, sifted to remove clumps
1 tbsp organic matcha powder
2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup, to taste
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 cup One Degree Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps

What to do:
-Line a small loaf pan (4" x 8") with plastic wrap for easy removal.
-Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
-With a spatula, scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out.
-Freeze for about 20 minutes, or until solid.
-Slice into 14 squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in a container in the freezer as it melts quickly at room temperature.
