Chia Crush

Makes 1 serving

What you need:
1 cup organic maple water or pure unsweetened coconut water
1 cup pure water
1 1/2 tbsp whole chia seeds
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lime juice
½ tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)

What to do:
-Juice your lemon and lime with a manual citrus juicer (juice extra and store in a mason jar so you can easily make this again!)
-Add your chia seeds, maple/coconut water and pure water to a large mason jar. Screw on the lid and shake very well.
-Allow to sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes to chill, when the chia is visibly swelling, shake again.
-Add lemon, lime and maple syrup (if using) to the mason jar - shake well to combine
-Enjoy!

NOTES
This drink is perfectly fine when made ahead of time, however as the chia seeds swell get heavy they have a tendency to sink to the bottom (this is normal) shake well to re-combine.
