Chilly's Cheeseburger Popsicles
What you need:
20 mini grass-fed beef meatballs (pre-made or homemade) (learn more on grass-fed beef here)
Organic raw cows milk cheese, sliced
Organic nitrate-free bacon, cooked
Dill pickles, sliced
Long cocktail toothpicks
What to do:
-Cook meatballs accordingly to package instructions or recipe directions, in the meantime either bake or fry up 4-5 slices of bacon
-After the meatballs cook, remove from oven, top each with a small slice of cheese and turn OFF the oven, place the tray back in, just so that the cheese slightly melts, then remove.
-Assemble your popsicles by first sliding on a cherry tomato, spinach leaf, slice of dill pickle, small slice of bacon and then the cheeseburger meatball. Continue until all meatballs are used.
-Serve warm with dipping sauces of choice!
