Chocolate Sweet Potato Porridge

Holisticole - Chocolate Sweet Potato Porridge

Makes 1-2 servings

What you need:
1 small/medium sweet potato, steamed
1 tbsp Giddy Yoyo Raw Cacao Powder
1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Protein, original or vanilla
½ tbsp coconut nectar
3-4 tbsp nut or seed milk

TOPPINGS:
Yoso unsweetend coconut yogurt
Raw cacao nibs
Banana slices
Sprinkle of puffed quinoa
Pinch of himalayan salt
 

What to do:
-Steam your sweet potato transfer to a bowl and mash until mushed
-Add in a splash of nut or seed milk to create a creamy consistency
-Stir in and combine the cacao powder, protein powder, coconut nectar until even - and any extra nut/seed milk as needed
-Top with coconut yogurt, cacao nibs, sliced banana, puffed quinoa and a pinch of Himalayan salt
-Enjoy warm or cold

NOTES
You can also use the food processor for this recipe to create the chocolate sweet potato porridge (before you add the toppings), it is much easier, but I prefer less mess in the mornings.
