Cinnamon Vanilla Energy Bites
Makes 18-20 bites
What you need:
1 heaping tbsp ground "true" ceylon cinnamon
1/4 cup Sunwarrior Classic Vanilla Protein Powder (sprouted & fermented)
1/4 cup honey
½ cup almond meal/flour
¼ cup nut butter
¾ cup of rolled oats or oat flour
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
What to do:
-Grind up your oats in a food processor or high speed blender and transfer to a mixing bowl.
-Add your almond meal, protein powder, cinnamon, and nut butter. Stir ingredients all together.
-Add in the honey and vanilla then mix again with hands.
-Roll into heaping tablespoon sized balls and place on cookie tray
-Let them freeze for 20-30 minutes then transfer to a glass container
-Dust with additional cinnamon and vanilla protein if desired.
-Keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
