Dill & Onion Pumpkin Seeds
Makes 3 cups
What you need:
3 cups organic raw pumpkin seeds
1 ½ tbsp organic coconut oil, melted
1 tsp organic dried dill
½ tsp dried organic garlic powder
½ tsp dried organic onion powder
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp coconut aminos
What to do:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with melted coconut oil, until evenly coated.
-Sprinkle spices and add coconut aminos, stir well until seeds are well coated.
-Spread seeds onto a baking sheet, evenly spread so each seed is lying on the pan. Bake for 3-4 minutes and stir after 1 minute. Watch closely and remove once seeds are golden brown.
