Golden Milk Turmeric Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Vibrant Turmeric Latte Cube
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew, almond or coconut milk
1/2 filtered water (to help with blending)
1 small ripe banana
2 tsp coconut oil
Raw honey or maple syrup to sweeten, as needed
1/4 cup organic plain kefir (optional) - meet the 'Better Yogurt'

1 small zucchini, chopped (optional)
WHAT TO DO:
-Add all your ingredients to a high-speed blender, such as the Vitamix, and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
