Green Raspberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

What you need:
1 small banana
½ small avocado
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 handful of baby spinach
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk
1-2 tsp "true" Ceylon cinnamon
1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Vanilla Protein
Water as needed to reach desired consistency

What to do:
-Place all ingredients in a high speed blender such as a Vitamix and blend until smooth
