Mighty Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 1

What you need:
1/4 cup whole chia seeds (22 grams of fibre!)
1 1/4 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk
2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp hemp hearts

What to do:
-Add all ingredients to a small mason jar and shake very well to combine. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
-Lasts for 4-5 days when refrigerated
