Overnight Superfood Breakfast Bowl

Makes 2 servings

What you need:
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1/3 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
2 tbsp pure maple syrup

TOPPINGS
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp shredded or flaked unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp goji berries

What to do:
-Mix the chia seeds, quinoa flakes, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk well to evenly combine, then separate into two servings. Add a splash of extra plant milk if needed.
-Top each serving with hemp, coconut, blueberries, cacao and goji
-Snap or screw on lids, set in fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning for breakfast!
-Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge
