Powerhouse Trail Mix

Makes 13 cups

What you need:
3 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
2 cup raw almonds
2 cup raw walnuts
2 cup tigernuts
2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw brazil nuts
1/2 cup goji berries
1/2 cup golden berries
Optional: 1/2 cup whole cacao beans

What to do:
-Add all ingredients a bowl, stir to combine then store in large mason jars or pre-portioned containers
-Snack on 2-3 handfuls as needed between meals
-Keep refrigerated to prevent nuts/seeds from going rancid (if possible)
