Holisticole - Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


What you need:
1 1/2 cups oat milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower*
1/4 cup pumpkin puree*
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice Blend
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup

What to do:
- Add all in ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until creamy and smooth
- Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy with a reusable straw



NOTES
- Frozen cauliflower makes smoothies rich and creamy, while adding a hidden source of veggies. Chop a head of cauliflower into florets, lightly steam and then freeze on a baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container. Keeps in the freezer for up to 6-months
- Homemade Pumpkin Puree is so simple to make, simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees F, half or quarter a sugar/pie pumpkin, scoop out the seeds and arrange the pumpkin on a tray or baking dish. Roast for 60-minutes or until fork tender. Allow to cool before removing the skin and add to your food processor. Puree until a creamy and even consistency has been reached. Keeps for up to one-week in the fridge, or freeze!
