Raw Caesar Dip

Makes 2 cups

What you need:
¾ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
¼ cup hemp hearts (I use Manitoba Harvest!)
1/2 cup filtered water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or hemp oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
4-6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper

What to do:
-Soak cashews in water overnight or soak in warm water for at least 2 hours.
-Drain and rinse cashews well, then add all ingredients to a high speed blender, food processor or use a hand emulsion blender to combine.
-Process until creamy and smooth, season to taste and store in an airtight mason jar
-Lasts 10-12 days in the fridge

NOTES:
-Use a sauce for wraps, as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce for raw vegetables and so much more!
