Sneaky Superfood Energy Bites

Sneak some extra superfoods into your snack with these chocolate energy bites. Beneath this fudgy goodness, you would never suspect these bites are packed with the powdered juices of nutrient dense grasses, kelp, beets - plus a blend of super-berries that include aronia, acerola, acai, blueberry and goji.

Holisticole - Sneaky Superfood Energy Bites

Makes 12-15 bites

WHAT YOU NEED
1 heaping cup pitted medjool dates*
1/2 cup creamy cashew butter or a nut/seed butter of your choice
3 tablespoons unsweetened raw cacao powder
1/4 cup hemp hearts
2-4 tablespoons Enerex Greens Mixed Berry
Extra raw cacao powder, for rolling

WHAT TO DO
-Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a soft, thick dough forms
-Remove the blade from the food processor and roll the dough into heaping tablespoons sized bites
-Roll or dust with a little extra raw cacao powder and then place in the refrigerator until firm
-Store in an air-tight container for up to a week

NOTES
-If you're dates are really dry, soak them in some warm water and then drain well before using
