Makes 2-4 servings
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 ripe avocados
2-3 sorrel leaves, gently torn
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2-4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or hemp seed oil (more or less as needed)
WHAT TO DO:
-Halve your avocados and remove the pit, scoop into a food processor and combine with the sorrel, garlic, himalayan salt, cayenne pepper and 2 tbsp of the olive oil.
-Blend until creamy and smooth, adding more olive oil as needed to create your desired consistency.
-Keep that guac from browning! If you place plastic wrap on the surface of the guacamole to cover it, this will work to preventoxidation. You can also use my favourite eco-friendly beeswax wrap for a plastic free option.
-Refrigerate until ready to serve.
