Sprouted Spelt Brownies

Makes 9+ Brownies

What you need:
½ cup of coconut oil, melted
1 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
2 pasture-raised eggs
¾ cup sprouted spelt flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp Himalayan salt

What to do:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-Mix the oil and sugar, then add the vanilla and egg and mix well.
-Combine dry ingredients together and then stir everything together.
-Grease a 9x9 inch pan with coconut oil, butter or ghee and pour batter into the pan.
-Bake for about 25 minutes or until the centre begins to crack and a toothpick comes out clean.
-Allow to cool, then cut into squares (9 squares)
-ENJOY! And store in an air tight container
